Overview
Tweak Indonesia is a platform that provides sports & workout services based in Bandung, Indonesia. Founded in 2020, with the mission of empowering fitness & health professionals and providing products and services for all groups. To make healthy living more accessible and fun for all groups.
Problem & Challenge
Before I joined, Tweak Indonesia already had a platform used to make reservations. However, most users still make reservations manually through the admin. Meanwhile, the burden of ordering is increasing which makes business operations complicated. There have even been several cases of human error made by the admin when making orders.
Solution
Based on observations, analysis, and brainstorming conducted with stakeholders, I have several solutions to improve user experience to make business processes more effective:
Simplify user flow for both mobile app and admin panel system side
Rearrange information and action layout
Tidy up design system and overall design annotation
Create advance prototype to demonstrate ideas and hand over process
Result & Impact
The changes made can have a significant positive impact on business processes and user experience.
Successfully improved admin panel website’s main module to be more readable and efficient user flow which has an impact on reducing the error rate to almost none
Successfully improved mobile application’s style to be more modern and efficient user flow which has an impacts the significant shift in reservation operations from being manual through an admin to being self-service through the app
Conclusion
On this occasion, I learned a lot about the design iteration process and how to maintain a product. My skills continue to improve as I contribute and continue to learn.
